Offering diverse services in digital consulting, content marketing, social media management and more, Ezer pledges to operate under the high standards of excellence, integrity, and generosity.
Caroline Pino, Art Director and CEO of Ezer is thrilled to have the opportunity to put to use her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas and her Master of Digital Marketing. Beginning with building her own marketing firm and quickly growing to run multiple online accounts, Caroline believes that with some hard work and unwavering commitment, all dreams really do come true!
A devout homebody, Caroline has put down roots in her hometown of Dallas and is thrilled to make a local impact in the best city in Texas! Caroline is a lover of all things creative and beautiful. Driven, heartfelt, and a bit OCD, she brings together a love of the arts and passion for storytelling as she reads, creates, and sings in her free time.

Kimberly Pino, Director of Long-Form Content and COO for Ezer, brings her 20-plus years of crafting words and a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M to effectively network and expand businesses.
Kim is a devoted wife, steadfast mother of four, self-proclaimed nerd, an enneagram three, and loves all things to do with words. In her small amount of weekly free time, you can find Kim tending to her family’s vineyard in Central Texas. Kim is a walking testament to the idea that no one is ever too old to start something new, as she enters her second half career.

Grace Holman, Director of Social Media and Intern Supervisor of Ezer, is bringing in skills from her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Business Foundations from The University of Texas as well as intercultural communication skills and a vast global perspective from studying in 20 different countries.
As an eighth-generation Texan, Grace is excited to live and work in the “Queen City of the Southwest.” Grace describes herself as a motivated leader with a driven mindset towards success and impacting those around her. She is an avid reader and traveler who chooses to invest time in people and relationships.

Grace is excited to join Ezer with her wisdom about the digital world, her cultured outlook from traveling abroad, and a killer work ethic!
Brianna Fullerton, Social Media Associate for Ezer, is a passionate student at The University of North Texas, working towards earning a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. As she continues to grow in the field, she is looking forward to utilizing her strengths and improving her weaknesses. She is always seeking an opportunity to learn!

Born and raised in Dallas, Brianna is thrilled to be staying local and is hoping to make an impact on the lives around her. As a loving friend, devoted dog mom, and a creative individual, you can find Brianna spending time with the people who mean the most to her in her free time.

Savanna Montgomery, Copywriting Associate, is a talented and driven student at Texas Tech University, working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Media Industries and Professional Communication. She represents the College of Media & Communication as a Dean’s Student Ambassador and is the college’s Content Coordinator Student Assistant. Savanna is a natural leader who inspires those around her to work harder and dream bigger. She is passionate about the art of storytelling and has honed her skills in photography, videography, and copywriting.
Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Savanna has always felt a deep connection to Texas, where her family originates. Her hard work and dedication have earned her the respect and admiration of her peers, who look up to her as a role model and mentor.
